A skilled Hydrocarbons Engineer with a Master’s in Renewable Energies, Jose brings extensive experience in project lifecycle management within the energy sector. His career includes impactful roles such as Project Engineer at the Venezuelan Corporation of Petroleum, contributing significantly to Venezuela’s crude oil production, and strategic planning at the Ministry of Popular Power for Petroleum to boost national production capabilities.
